Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets purchased can be transferred in whole to any future FAKTR course date within one year of the original course date. A 50% refund will be issued for refund requests received in writing prior to 30 days before the course date. Within 30 days of the course, all tickets are non-refundable but transferrable to a future FAKTR course date within one year of the course. FAKTR online course payments are non-refundable.
